Good Times Restaurant Bar - Caledonia

The restaurant's exterior and interior feature log construction adorned with wildlife photographs, and there's a cozy fireplace with mounted animal heads above it, creating a very inviting atmosphere. On Valentine’s Day, the wooden tables were elegantly dressed with white tablecloths, and each piece of silverware was neatly wrapped in a white cloth napkin.

If I lived in or around Caledonia, I would undoubtedly make this restaurant a regular stop. I visited during a business trip and was impressed by the vegetarian options, but I couldn’t resist trying the fish special—blackened walleye. It was delicious! The wait staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, including the bartender, who felt like a new best friend. They offered a great selection of drinks, and the seating was spacious and clean, complete with a fantastic patio. I really wish it were closer to my home!

The food was absolutely fantastic! Every entree we ordered was cooked to perfection, including the sweet potato fries. I believe this is the freshest salad bar in the area—so delicious! The baby back ribs were the most meaty ones I've ever had; they smoke the ribs right on site. The menu is extensive, featuring everything from burgers and sandwiches to traditional supper club dinner entrees (available all day) and pizzas as well. Although I haven't tried the pizza yet, I'm looking forward to it. A special note for those with gluten intolerance: they offer gluten-free buns and pizza for an extra charge. The service was exceptional as well. We’ve been attended to by three different waitresses so far, and all of them were genuinely friendly, cheerful, and very attentive. Dining here was a truly enjoyable and satisfying experience. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in the area!

Thank You Sarah and Staff of Good Times Bar and Restaurant!!! We celebrated my Mom's 90th birthday here on Saturday. The food, wait staff, owner made it all possible. The food was out on time for 23 guests, and was delicious!! Best pizza and salad bar ever!!The owner allowed us to decorate a portion of the dining room and made this evening extra special. Stopped in for dinner while we were in town. Husband and I both got burgers and fries. I added the salad bar. The salad bar was awesome. They can be scary sometimes, but this one was clean and kept up. Burgers were filling and seasoned very nicely. Fries were salty...just like I like them! I will be back if we're in town at dinner time again!
