The Oddfellows Arms Caldbeck

A perfect day out. We came here on Wed 20th of May. We always enjoy coming here. But this visit was made extra special when we were greeted by Megan, the waitress. She goes the extra mile with all customers (and dogs). It was so refreshing to meet such a spontaneous lady. She is an asset to the company. Plus are lunch was fantstic. 5 stars all round. See you all shortly.

Beautiful pub, eating was tasty and the outside of the pub pretty and they can also enjoy a fresh fresh milk from the farm

Quite a nice pub, dog friendly. The interior design is brilliant! Food could be better, but for that price is ok. Really nice ales! Really tasty BBQ ribs and desserts are awesome! The staff is very friendly and polite.If you would like to enjoy a nice atmosphere and good drinks highly recommended

Today was our 3rd visit to have a pint and a bite to eat and like our two previous visits they weren't doing food. Although on our 2nd visit the board outside said they were doing food until 3pm but despite ordering drinks at 2:50 we were told the kitchen was closed. Unlike our two previous visits however we didn't stay for a drink. I can understand they might not be able to get the staff (the reason given) but what I fail to understand is why they cannot be bothered to update their website to reflect their (non) food service hours.This is what it states on their website:Food Service TimesMonday/Saturday All day, 12pm 9pmSunday 12pm to 8pmTea and coffee are available all day every dayWe're relatively local being 7 miles away, but that's a 14 mile round trip and a waste of not only our time but fuel. We'll not be bothering again.

Super welcoming, good food and a banging playlist. Also very dog friendly which we appreciated!
