This pub is one of the best in the area, with a great atmosphere, food, and service. It is very dog-friendly in the bar area, where you can eat, and also has a non-dog dining room for those who prefer it. The bar is always lively and welcoming, with a range of tasty dishes - from standard pub fare to more unique options for those looking for something different. Parking is easy to find around the village, and the pub is not far to walk to as the village is small. The drinks selection is good, with a variety of beers on tap and other options available. The hot pork scratchings are a must-try. Overall, the service and location both receive a perfect score of 5.

We visited this restaurant for a meal with family, so I cannot comment on the accommodation. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was excellent, especially the steak pie. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone. This was our second visit in a few weeks, which speaks for itself.
