Restaurant bewertenSlow, incredibly slow. The self-service machine eats your recipts as well. Thankfully the food usually hot. They regularly miss items from orders though. Easy enough to fix if dining in, but huge disappointment when you get home to find you're missing your apple pie.
There criteria must have sadly fell below standard when it comes to who they hire. Went in this morning to see a worker driving his fwd like a maniac in the car park, of course someone said something and I watched as this so called member of this company abused and antagonised a customer who had lagitiment concerns about there safety with his driving. Then to see a manager come out and tell the customer to leave!!!!! Wow standards have dropped, this was my first ever work place and if we behaved Like that we would have been fired on the spot. Good thing the general area manager lives next door might need to have a word with him.
Hey Mecca's. Where the hell is my bun? It's 3am in the morning and I just finished work and I'm starving. You first tell me your not doing any mcafe drinks. Then you give me a big mac with no bread. Is this some kind of joke?
All staff should smile and serve like they love their job. Customers get discouraged by sour looking staff that can't be bothered. Otherwise the Burpengary restaurant is a beautiful place to dine.
Very lucky to get this not sure if it was change over shift at 10.30pm at night but hell what a mess untidy dirty filthy chemicals by food had to walk out and not purchase...won't be back
