Best pesto and carbonara in Laoag, probably cuz they actually ARE authentic Italian. My son loved the carbonara. Bit on the pricey side, but that's what you get when you want quality over quantity. Yum!

Pleasant ambience, delicious food. I dream about my fresh tomato pasta and their cotoletta every day! Can't wait to go back. Such nice people too! :
