Restaurant bewertenI don't usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to this restaurant! Our hot water heater broke and we were without hot water for days. I called and expected to wait a day or two for service, but to my surprise, the woman I spoke with scheduled someone to come the same day. The first hot shower after the repair was amazing! I wish I remembered her name, but thank you so much for the quick and affordable service. Highly recommend for hot water heater repairs.
We had a wonderful experience with Armstrong Comfort Solutions, starting from the initial advice and estimate with Jamie to the installation of 3 mini split units by Wes and Brandon. They were all very professional and efficient. We would definitely do business with Armstrong again. Service: Installation.
We had reservations for 2 people but only 2 showed up. The other 2 did not come and did not provide any explanation for their absence. We do not recommend this restaurant. The only positive aspect was the heating system.
I have used armstrong both for sanitary and heating problems and am most impressed by the quality of the work of the price and how fast I got a date. the workers are great. brandon and nathan who have installed my heating, both were friendly, helpful and very professional. also the customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use armstrong comfort solutions again if gott forbids that I need help with future sanitary or heating problems. if you want qualitatiw high quality work and fast service, call these types. services: repair hvac
I rarely leave reviews, and I have never given anyone a negative public review. However, I feel this is a must. I had an issue in October upon moving into my new home I notice a leak in the ceiling beneath my kitchen. I called a few places, but Armstrong was the most prompt in coming out. While I do appreciate that, everything from that point on has been negative.The decision was to cut into the ceiling to see what was going on. This is understandable. However, no one ever looked closely at the shower, and it was believed that might be the culprit. The water was shut off to the house. The original plumber seemed a bit confused and had to consult with his boss multiple times. Maybe he was newer, and that is okay. That was the first visit.After not having water in the entire house for a week or so, we have a second visit. Since there was a lot of uncertainty, I was hoping they'd send their most experienced plumber. Nope. Anyways, they cut into the drywall again to check for leaks behind the shower. Nothing is noted, and it is believed to be the panel (knobs) for the shower. They were going to find the piece. End of second visit.After multiple weeks pass, they finally find a part. They send a screenshot of a piece and a website URL. They wanted us to order the part. However, there is no mention of what the piece is, and you cannot read the URL. We have now gone months texting and calling them letting them know we are glad to order it, but we can't tell what it is. We are ghosted via text, and no one calls us back. We finally have someone call back. No apology. I'm pretty sure they don't even know what the part is now. So, we have been unable to use the main bathroom for almost 4 months.The lack of responsiveness and urgency to get this job done is very frustrating. It is hard to find a good plumber.
