Restaurant bewertenAnother night at Redline and it didn't disappoint. Even had Doug behind the bar, he's almost as good as Tom Cruise in Cocktails he is so passionate about his art!
Great beer selection, friendly guys who work there, and a great place meet up with friends!
I have been to this brewery several times. It is very small and feels like family. They always have new items coming out and a rolling beer menu based on what the owner has coming out. I would recommend this place 100%.
So this was our final tagabrew trail stop for the day and unfortunately, they were out of tagabrews. Bummer! This place was decorated like a garage. The Red line was painted across the bar. They were jamming to some Irish punk. I love Irish punk! Super fun! The bar was clean and social distancing was enforced. The bartender was polite. I don 't think they had food but I saw a table eating so they may have brought it in or had it delivered. He ordered the Unlucky Charms which was made with 13 boxes of lucky Charms cereal. He like it. I did not. It tasted like marshmallows. I ordered the Unlucky Irishman which was a red. I need to branch out more with my beer choices haha. We will definitely come back because I want that tagabrew dang it!
What can I say about Redline Brewing that hasn't already been said...I love the place? The guys are great? Stellar beer? Interesting cocktails? NO! Those are things that get said everyday by their fiercely loyal fan base!!! What I want to point out here is far more complicated. It's the passion that flows so freely though the place that catches my eye. Passion for the industry, and the people that enjoy it. Constantly doing whatever it takes to keep a unique selection rocking though these challenging times. Doug, just like every other adversity that has been laid at your feet, your heart for this place shines through so bright! Your passion for brewing and creating is an inspiration! That passion extends to your staff as well! It's amazing to be able to work in an environment where the comradery is super thick. Your passion brings all that together, and it shows brother. The best is yet to come! -Stacey
