Starbucks - Burnaby

Coffee was fresh and the breakfast sausage English muffin was good.

Most staff are friendly, but the one looks like a supervisor or something is pretty annoying. She always made me uncomfortable.

Runs out of stuff often, twice I could not get a salted caramel cream cold brew, once they ran out of honey syrup for honey oat latte, and i've watched them make mistakes and then throw out the half made drinks : staff are friendly. Not sure if location is slow because it's small and busy or if the staff are just a little slow.

We arrived 20 minutes before the usual closing time on Sundays, only to find out that they had closed early due to running out of stock. However, the barista was kind enough to offer us a complimentary coffee since the register was already closed. It's nice to see Starbucks employees going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We really appreciated it. Thank you!

Great location and hours. Just what you'd expect. The service was friendly, and for the first time, someone at a Starbucks offered to listen to my banana loaf story. That was a nice touch!
