These guys are awesome. I live close by and my house hold orders at least once a day. And for what ever reason my redeemable points didn't work and they totally helped me out. Thank you so much holdom team! You're all the best.

Didn't asked my name, and when the pumpkins spice latte comes with others waiting for the same latte... well is not

One of the worst locations, one person works while the other 2 stand around twiddling their thumbs instead of realizing there's to go orders waiting. I waited 15 minutes on a to go order for regular coffee to be poured with no other orders in queue. The barista instead spent 10 minutes playing with a Uber eats bag and making jokes. This is a usual occurrence too aside from the one at the bar who's actually doing their job. Nobody else cares and work's at a snail's pace. Don't go here

Apparently they don’t take 100s or 50s. They can’t tell the difference between Monopoly money and real money. Teach your employees to do their job, your barista didn’t even look at the money. Ridiculous
