Ramies Greek Restaurant - Burnaby

With some friends cum and it was a really nice experience. our server was amazing and helped us with photos and so. I have the garlic prawn dinner, it was really good, but I didn't like the kartoffel. really nice place to go with a friend.

I ordered two lunch special items directly at their opening at 11:00 o'clock on Thursday, 24th February 2022. the female staff said it will be finished in half an hour. at 11:30 a.m. when I picked up my order, the door was locked. When I tried to knock on the glass door and put my head in the vicinity of the glass and look inside, I saw the female staff on the theke and sat there. I knocked back to the glass door and they didn’t move. I tried to call and my call was answered immediately. I've identified myself and said I'm here to pick up my order. I also asked why the door is ringing, as the restaurant itself, that they are open at 11:00 o'clock. the girl from the counter, which so in the unpleasant voice area triggered the door answered, is a attitude and a very good affection. she is not in another child of work she does.

A cute little place on the inside but food was sadly lacking. I love moussaka but the one here was tough as leather, felt like it had been reheated from frozen. Veggies also tasted frozen. Just really sub par quality ingredients with little flavour, care or effort.

The lady in the restaurant was too rude. Once we informed her that we have Entertainment book coupon, her behavior was changed. Hello, we are not here for the free food, we got the coupon!! She got the water with ice cubes inside. I asked her to remove ice and she said that you should communicate with me before. I don't have any magic power to know that the person will give me the water with ice cube or not. The food is expensive too!

Was here a few times in the past (work function, dive into). if they want to satisfy their Greek food search? it will do the job. If they are looking for amazing, this can fall short of it. This time has a takeover order: Ramie’s special, this is a grilled chicken breast with 2 lambs chop. He was on the drier side. In the evening I give it to them, it was tender for the trip. the rice and the carrots were in order, lacking this aromatic beat that I smudged from other restaurants. tzatziki was light and airy tasting. where it really lost me were the veggies. it reminded me of cheap buffet connection or veggies from a frozen isle and surely tasted it. was disappointed. there is room for improvement and I hope that some changes will be made, as I would like to see that a business continues to be successful (and they are clear because they have already been one around). cheers
