Pizzaiolo - Burlington

Before placing my order, I consulted with a well-informed staff member who confirmed that they use dedicated utensils for gluten-free options. The pizza was absolutely delicious and, most importantly, I did not experience any adverse reactions later on.

We always have a great experience at this restaurant. Our daughter has never gotten sick from their gluten free pizza, and they always take extra care to ensure it is prepared safely. Since moving to Burlington 8 months ago, we had to find a new place we could trust, and we are so happy we found this place. Their pizza is delicious, and we always choose to dine here.

The staff is very conscientious about catering to the needs of the gluten-free community. In addition to offering a wide variety of gluten-free options, they also take great care to maintain a safe environment and clearly label items that are gluten-free.

The pizzas are excellent, locally sourced products, great sauce and selection. Not too good on the output. As I am sitting here they are making my pizza again as they somehow made the wrong one for me.

When my boyfriend and I are here the first time; we loved it.The only complaint was the service. Took 45 minutes! We were the only ones in the restaurant and ordered thin crust? The 2nd & 3rd time was mediocre, 4th time was good; last 2 times have been BURNT. We called to order one last time; advising them of our previous experience. The owners response "Oh". NO APOLOGY or compensation like we'll give you a discount or free pop, NOTHING. I will NEVER order another pizza from them again; BESIDES the pizza place right across the street is just as good and 1/2 the price!
