The Landmark Pub - Burk's Falls

We waited for 25 minutes without being served. When I requested a menu, I was told the server was too busy with other customers. I had to ask the cook for a beer, and I still can't even settle my bill. There are only two tables occupied and six people at the bar, including myself. It's no surprise this place is struggling when the server seems more focused on something else than on the customers.

The ambiance is lovely, the staff is outstanding, and the food is fantastic with generous portions. It's great value and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!

The atmosphere in the old hotel was quite chilly. Upon arrival, I was greeted by plywood covering the windows. I ordered the Pub Burger, which was advertised with onion marmalade, but instead, I received a burger topped with just an onion ring and a strange boiled radish. The menu listed fish and pasta, but none of those options were available that day. It felt like a missed opportunity—perhaps I should have visited yesterday or waited until later in the week to find the items I wanted. The place was nearly empty, and it seems like the locals have already begun to avoid it. Overall, it was quite overpriced and lacking in charm; it felt more like a failed restaurant than a pub in a seaside location.

Wings are incredible.....service is great, the chef and the owner have a great relationship and it's Infectious. Great atmosphere, food in general is fantastic. Keep up the good work!
