Braum's Ice Cream Dairy - Burkburnett

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They got my order wrong and instead of quickly fixing it, they asked me to drive all the way back through the drive-thru line. The cashier at the window asked me three times what I had actually ordered - a strawberry sundae, not a scoop of strawberry in a cone. Despite my repeated answers, she seemed annoyed and eventually I gave up and took the cone instead. The whole process was frustrating, especially with a 2-year-old in tow. I hope they improve their customer service in the future, as it would have been quicker to just make the correct order initially.

The fast food section is excellent. Although I typically only get ice cream from the store side, everything is well-maintained and the fresh food options always appear appetizing.

The bathroom and dining area both had a similar unpleasant odor. I advise shoppers to stay away from this Braums location and drive an extra 10 minutes to Wichita Falls for a meal at a properly maintained restaurant. I also noticed bugs on the ketchup dispensers near the fly-infested fountain drink machine. This Braums in Burkbernette, Texas should be shut down unless you enjoy having strangers handle your food with bare hands while flies crawl all over it. I strongly discourage anyone from eating at this establishment due to numerous health code violations.

Food could have been better but the service made up for it.

Always delicious! My ice cream was pretty soft, though.
