Jack In The Box - Bullhead City

Drive thru service horrible. She didn't even want to take more then 1 order from us then took down the wrong order and had attitude as we pulled up to pay.Don't recommend coming early for breakfast pick somewhere else

Drive thru. My tacos were placed upside down in the bag on top of my burger. Almost all the lettuce and sauce fell out all over the burger. Luckily it was decently wrapped.

The reason why I rated this place a 5 is because I have not seen a buttery jack cooked to perfection since they 1st came out. Las Vegas sucks compared to Bullhead (my opinion) The fries were soggy but the burger definitely met my expectations for a fast-food joint

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Way too spicy for me. Next time just getting regular. Service was fast!

Stopped in late at night and felt bad because we had a big order and had to go throw the drive thru. Our order was almost $60 and when we first got our food, we checked to make sure everything was there. It was not. Went back thru to the window and told him. He accommodated us by giving us the fries that were not there plus 2 tacos that had probably been sitting quite awhile. After we left we noticed we still did not have our whole order. We were missing an order of popcorn chicken and loaded fries. I suggest having more staff working or at least have them double check the order before giving it out. I won't go back!
