Outback Steakhouse - Buffalo

The manager was great. Came to table and I had a combo meal. It sting and twisted ribs. Steak was brilliant, but she asked how everything I said, okay. She asked why I told her that it was not about the ribs. Tell her I didn't want a refund, it was just a personal preference. She took the ribs out of the bill. Amazing customer service.

The food was good. Service was excellent. The only things that were not impressive were that the bathrooms needed some attention and that I added shrimps for $6 and only 4 shrimps. Otherwise it was delicious and reasonable.

Our server Daniel was excellent. His warm personality was refreshing and he ensured that we had everything we needed. We liked the food. We give him 10 stars.

Recently, my husband and I have served a great dinner experience from Jonabeth and Nikole. They were friendly, attentive and charming. They represent the brand very well. Our meals were served immediately and were delicious. Well done Outback

While their tagline may say No Rules, Just Right they do have one rule, make the customer happy. We were treated like royalty while we dined on shrimp on the barbie and bloomin ' onions. We left satiated and a little more hopeful for humanity.
