Restaurant bewertenWe absolutely adored this amazing restaurant and bar located within the premises of the National Library. The modern and stylish decor was a highlight for us. It's a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, a quick snack, or a refreshing cocktail. The coffee was exceptional and we couldn't resist trying their delicious apple cake with cream. Although we didn't try any drinks, they looked fantastic. Overall, a wonderful experience.
This is a fantastic spot to have lunch outdoors in a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious - we enjoyed a tasty cooked tortilla and a flavorful salmon salad. The drinks were also great and the service was very attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back again.
The atmosphere and the food at this restaurant are top-notch. The prices are on the higher side, but they are reasonable considering the quality. Table service costs $1500. They serve delicious pizza bread with a flavorful sauce. We ordered a smoked salmon ciabatta ($7500), a smoked salmon salad ($9500), and a greenhouse burger ($9600). Everything was perfect. For drinks, we tried non-alcoholic cocktails - one with red fruits ($2600) including green tea, raspberry puree, and grapefruit, and another with apple ($2600) made with maca and red tea. These drinks were refreshing and perfect for hot days. The only critique is that it took a long time to receive the bill once we asked for it. The staff could be a bit more attentive in that aspect.
This restaurant is a stylish gin bar that also serves food, located next to the national library. However, the prices are high for what they offer. During my visit in June 2022, the dinner menu mainly consisted of tapas, with only one vegan dish available for $10. Unfortunately, the dish, "buneolos," tasted bland and was reminiscent of a sweet pakora, served with an odd Alioli dressing. The lunch menu had no vegan options, only meat and vegetarian dishes. While the vegetarian options might be great, the vegan choices were lacking. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, but overall, there are better dining options in Buenos Aires, especially considering the prices.
There weren't a lot of choices available, but the vegan options we ordered were very delicious. Interestingly, the dishes with meat were priced higher than the vegan options, unlike in other restaurants.
