Angus brisket cold buck wheat noodle, cold bibim and gay were the worst. noodle looked like rice cake, pig was really stiff. I never go there.
4 of us were here last night and really liked the Premium Bossam and the Yukgaejang with the Handmade Pasta. I did feel my noodles were over cooked and too soft so I mentioned I'd go regular Yukgaejang next time but my wife seemed to like it.We enjoyed the Premium Pork Belly in House Special Soy Sauce this was very flavorful and the fermented cabbage and seasonings to go with it were great. Everyone loved this.The dumplings were a little strange because the initial bite had a strange smell but the taste was good. My wife was not sure if she liked them or not. I kind of likened it to my mom's kimchi where it smells bad but tastes good. Or I guess fish sauce would be the same way. We had the Kimchi dumplings by the way.All in all we are definitely coming back for the Premium Bossam and I'm going to try either the regular Yukgaejang or the Ramen noodle Yukgaejang and ask them to make sure the noodles aren't overcooked.
Very nice and delicate service. Compared with the one in Gardena, this is much better overall.
If you loved MSG and artificial flavor dont miss this place. Tips. Dont forget a big bottle of ice water.
