I made a reservation for Thursday evening (carvery night) and confirmed that we could order from the main menu as well. However, when we arrived, we were only given a small bites menu and told that there was no main menu available on Thursdays. When we expressed our disappointment, the owner was rude and openly mocked us with his staff. Despite raising our concerns about the treatment of customers, he continued to be disrespectful. The owner eventually took away our menus and we decided to leave. I would strongly advise avoiding this place due to the rude staff and owner. Instead, consider dining at a lovely restaurant in Bude where we had a pleasant experience with delicious food and friendly staff.

After witnessing the disrespectful behavior of the patrons at Widemouth Manor who made offensive comments, we can confirm that they were unpleasant individuals. It is unnecessary to speak to others in such a disrespectful manner.
