Restaurant bewertenWe have tried other really good Romanian restaurants in Bucharest, this one is ok. We ordered crispy pork knee and a beef soup. Both are standard good. Limonete was not the best, does not worth 15lei, service was ok, not much smile but he does his work. In the final bill there is a service fee of 5lei which was not marked anywhere before we pay. We were forced to pay cash even though they have card terminal without an explanation.
This was the worst meal of our trip. We dined late because of a long trip to Transylvania so all the good restaurants were full. We should have known when we saw hardly anyone in this place. The food was bland and the veg tasted like it came out of a microwave. Definitely would not recommend.
Enjoyed my lunch sitting outside on a sunny , cool day . Had the chicken breast topped with red pepper and feta cheese with a side of sliced baked potatoes . The flavor of the meal was perfect . Service was quick , as well . You must try this place .
Staff is very friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed it! I do not know if it's the best choice in the old center, but we caught well. It was quiet and the service was good.
When you see St George, first expectation is a british pub. It look alike but in reality you can find som really good transilvanian cuisine. The staff is very nice and have a good customer approach.
