Restaurant bewertenThe quality of the food and service is usually quite nice, but this visit today was the 4th time I’ve went to use an subway e-card with your registers QR scanner. I’m not sure if it’s because your employees may be unfamiliar/un-trained with using it or if it’s faulty equipment, but I’m genuinely becoming frustrated. Not to mention the already backhanded slaps of “No Coupons” being accepted. I’m more than understanding that times are rough and inflation is causing stress for small business owners. But how do you think someone who NEEDS to use a coupon is doing for themselves? If you have an option for a consumer to use, you need to make sure it’s up to standards and quality so it CAN be USED! Not this embarrassment where I’m forced standing at the register and cannot use it and would preferably use that over my if I have the opportunity. Having an employee say, “Sorry it’s not letting me do X,y,z” or “Sorry it isn’t working” shouldn’t be acceptable, and now I’m black balled into using only one method for my payment. Next time I will leave my order where it sits without making a payment and will not be returning again.
