Little Caesars - Bryan

I had a great first experience at Little Caesar's. The pizza had plenty of toppings and ordering through the app was quick. My only issue was that the slices were not consistent in size - some were large while others were small.

The staff at this restaurant was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in their work. There is no excuse for the extremely delayed orders and missing items. Customers who ordered online had to wait over an hour, despite being told it would only take 15 minutes. The lack of hygiene was concerning, as not a single employee was seen washing their hands or wearing gloves. It was a busy Friday night, but that is no excuse for such poor service. The management should be more prepared and the staff should receive training on customer service.

The restaurant offers affordable and delicious pizzas, but it is not recommended to visit during busy times. Firstly, you may have to compete with other customers waiting for their pizza. Secondly, the staff may not provide great customer service. Despite these drawbacks, I believe the quality of the pizzas makes it worth a visit.

I ordered a pizza from them and asked that I could come back after 15 minutes to pick them up. 30 minutes later I came back to pick up my order. The employee told me they lost my order. And they'll just make a new one. They said they're sorry it happened, but they giggled like it was really funny. The least they could do to waste my time is at least apology in a sincere sound. And before the server told me that she lost my order, she circled the warmer machine like 5 times. Well, if u can't be the second time you saw, I bet it won't be there on the 3rd, 4th and 5th time. The staff there are so incompetent and it seems as if they don't know that they do and usually play around. Costume service is terrible!

Placed an online order, wrong sides and no sauces with it either. When asking about my sauce and crazy sauce the worker just walked to the back and ignored me lol. I suggest you try another location.
