Papa Johns Pizza - Brunswick

Our order was incorrect. We ordered through Uber Eats and upon delivery, the sticker printed at the store and the pizza in the box did not match, everything else was fine. When I called in to the store to get our order corrected, a female employee in the background screamed that's not my f ing problem when the person that answered tried to ask about it. Then I was hung up on. We contacted Uber Eats and were immediately refunded. This store's employee screaming profanities at customers is a problem.

Normally papa John's does OK, But of course in Brunswick that can't be the case. Add a quarter to midnight I called and ordered a pizza because nothing else in this town was open), They took my order, They took my money, And then decided not to make the order. And I do understand it was a quarter of an hour until they closed for the night, But if you're done serving food at 11 or 1130 then that is when you actually close to the public. They managed to charge my cardWithin just a few minutes of the order and yeand yet when I called this morning to get a refund or to get my pizza somehow they are not able to do a refund for at least 10 days, It is a miracle that they were able to get my payments so quickly but my refund will not be here until over a week. If they had apologized in any way I would not be posting this. My only advice is if you are going to order make sure you do it an hour before they actually say when they close otherwise your chances of getting a pizza go downhill greatly, And honestly let's face it it's not great it's just OK pizza.

Do not recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time and money.Eat some thing else rather!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza got cheese didn't even bother to offer to deliver a new pizza, would give you no stars but can't!! Try better customer service next time

Got the garden veggie pizza and the boneless chicken bites yummy
