Wendy's - Brownsville

Fast and fresh food when I visited. Fountain soda was fresh also, didn't have that bitter aftertaste some places have here in the valley. Will definitely go back.

Well the taste is awesome but if you can work on making the burgers bigger like every body the bigger the better. FACT

I ordered a combo with bake potato and I told him just the meat and the bread well the meat was super dry. I will never come back. And too many flies

Terrible service, I had already placed my order through the application, I arrived at the establishment, they said that my order was not there, they did not even have my order, they did not take the time to confirm, I showed them my application where I had already paid and they still did not help me obtain my order, the girl at the window made faces as if we wanted to trick them

Very upset with person who was taking orders through the drive up. I couldn’t hear speaker there was no one answering. All of a sudden someone come on and tells me I have to wait in a very rude manner she didn’t even let me speak there was no one in front or in the back of me that so they couldn’t have been taking orders for someone. I don’t understand where this bad service to a paying customer is coming from. I did drive up to the window and complained but the manager was indifferent also she didn’t apologize either. She didn’t care so from now on my money is going somewhere else. I didn’t order and had a better deal at McDonalds. Please look into this matter
