Pop's Pitt Bar Bq - Brookshire

I had the stuffed potato with brisket upstairs, and my husband loved it! Normally, we’re not fans of brisket because we find it too greasy, but this one was different and delicious. We had a bit of trouble finding the place since the GPS directions weren't very accurate, and the sign is not very visible. However, I assure you, you won't be disappointed!

"This is the perfect way to enjoy grilled food. You place your order at the window, served fresh on an old grill. The sausage was hot and juicy, infused with a lovely smoky flavor. It practically fell off the bone."

The dining experience was fantastic. The rustic atmosphere features picnic tables, which adds to the charm. The staff was friendly and welcoming. While the menu was somewhat limited, the portion sizes were generous. I ordered the stuffed potato for $8.95, and I definitely left feeling full!

Beautiful little nut and pop barbecue joint, brisket was really good, was good too.

Loved the brisket sandwich and recommend it. Get there early because they sell out for the day!
