TGI FRIDAYS - Brooklyn (NY)

It was so good that it was as if there was a thing that and that there was.

Problem number one, we had to wait for over 40 minutes until eating comes to the table. the 40-minute waiting period lasted, only one suppe was brought to the table that was 29 minutes waiting. then, when the food arrives, an order was completely wrong, but instead of correcting it and worrying that it would take another 40 minutes to ate the person only the food. the supervisor was nice enough to give us a 10% discount, but eating was just terrible. the potato skins were hard and without taste, the ribs were hard and had hardly meat on them, and the afteros tasted like cheeseburger on tortillas chips. several other articles were also a miss. none of the eight people in our party enjoyed their meal. the drinks were so watered, or they used cheap liquor, whatever is the case, not at all good. epic fails everywhere! last time that tgif will get any money from me. it was a birthday party so we at least enjoyed each other!

We had a 2 birthday party and had a nice private room with large circle table. The food was pretty good. The service was good at the beginning and at the end, but in the middle we had a huge gap between appetizers and main course that we started yawning and stuff

My wife and I always love TGIF; we visit frequently. Our server Wiz is excellent, so warm, polite and courteous. We love her and love TGIF. We have been coming to TGIF for years and were sad when it closed from the storm. TGIF EXCELLENT

No staff available for a major crowd of graduates and family. They did not schedule in advance for the afternoon rush. Finally staff started arriving and all went well.
