The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I ordered something and it took 2 hours for it to be delivered. If you plan to eat here, I recommend picking it up yourself instead of relying on their delivery service, as the food may arrive late and cold. The staff repeatedly told me "5 more minutes" over the phone.

How can this even be possible? How can an establishment get away with selling horrendous garbage foods ? Please tell me what part of the Latin community can call this tostones ? The beans was just a cup of water flavored beans, the pork chops we orderedseems to had been fried in dirty fish oil plus the were so dry and had a spoiled smell to them, we didn?t take no chances anddecided to throw all of this food out, $45 bucks later and we are still hungry and have to look for another place to order somedecent food! I would never ever go back to this place even if the food was free !!!!! Do yourself a favor and save your money?what a horrible experience.

Nasty . The Mangu was so watery . when I called to tell them that it was bad they just told me that's how they did it today wow what a answer . Basically they don?t care if we like the food or not .

At times, the staff can be highly incompetent: they are slow, do not speak any English, even when you try to communicate with gestures they still make mistakes as if they cannot count. There was also mold on the pastries on display and some of the prices are quite expensive. Additionally, some of the employees do not know how to pack items properly. It is advisable to double check your order. Overall, it is a typical Hispanic restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly. The service was good. The prices were reasonable and the food was cooked to perfection.
