Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Brooklyn

I can only say that my experience at this Popeyes location was mostly positive. The servers were polite, but my food wasn't as scattered as I prefer. Despite that, I would give them a rating of 4.

Where do I even begin? The entire staff needs to be retrained! They seem to come out of the kitchen without washing their hands. One of the servers kept scratching her head without any handwashing. To top it off, I waited 20 minutes only to receive the wrong order! The service is completely unprofessional and incapable, and I won't be returning.

The restaurant needs to improve its efficiency and consider hiring more capable staff. The wait was absurd. I ordered through the app and received my food faster than the people I was with!

Dreadful service. needs new management. and the second ordered speaker must be fixed sandwich barely a huh will not go back?

I requested to change my drink selection at the drive thru call box and was told “she already made your drink”. It was a soda….not a customized creation…. A SODA! I questioned her response and re requested a change at the window. The same response met with a rude attitude. First and last time for me!
