House Of Wax - Brooklyn

A cool bar displaying antique wax figures. It's red and moody atmosphere are a good spot for conversation and relaxing. The drinks were well prepared.

The bartender lady was more interested in making friends than serving the customers. (Glanced at me waiting, and got back to the person who already paid). When I finally got to her she complained about how I didn’t use the number for the beer because… that’s my job?Next time I will make sure I memorize the entire beer menu because who needs this kind of service?

Met up with some peeps there and had a pleasant experience. Drinks were cool the wax figures are kind of creepy.

Needed a place to hang before dinner reservation. Found this place by using google maps. This bar is on the 4th floor of the mall and by the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. I found out you can order a bottle of bubbles to enjoy in the cinema.

Fun atmosphere, fyi bar is in the movie theater. The cocktails are pretty good for the price. 14 for an interesting cocktail. Always fun to walk around and look at the pieces of art, def weird and not as much going on as like an actual museum of-course but if you like weird stuff like this it’s fun to walk around with someone after a few drinks.
