Restaurant bewertenThe food and service were absolutely wonderful. The chef came out to the table to explain about ingredient and to answer questions . Very interesting young man who obviously gets excited about his food and enjoys ensuring his guests will have a wonderful experience. The black bass was wonderful as well as the carrot and Brussel sprouts. I had blueberry buckle for dessert- excellent!! Can’t wait to come back!!
From the hand-churned butter to the outstanding duck entree, Chef Paszko sprinkles love into every dish, using as many ingredients from the farm as possible. His passion comes through with every special touch — the Carrot and Brussels Sprouts Salad is truly standout and the homemade ice cream and Blueberry Buckle makes a memorable end to the evening. The drive to and from Chef’s Table at Little Dipper Farm is truly a highlight as you experience the quintessential scenery the Quiet Corner has to offer. Well worth the journey from Boston. Hint: for a romantic evening, ask for a table by the fireplace.
Positive experience, look forward to returning. Overall I think I felt the experience was good to very good with glimmers of great. They only opened a few weeks ago and they didn 't stumble as new restaurants often might with execution, ambiance, or service. Some items seemed basic/ordinary (though very solid flavor-wise) while other dishes/components showed the creativity or elevating which I was hoping to see given the chef 's background. My assumption is as the group gets their legs under them, hits their stride, and as the bounty of the farm on which it is situated comes into season, the menu/dishes will show more of the creativity/elevated flavors/techniques which were already evident in pockets.
The food was absolutely outstanding!! Staff was great attentive. Wonderful experience
Absolutely some of the best food I have ever had. The duck fat roasted potatoes are a must! And the steak is by far the star of the show. Only negative was my dessert lacked a lil flavor, but was a favorite among my companions.
