Jimmy John's - Brooklyn Center

I placed an order at 6pm to be delivered. Finally at 8pm with no update on the tracker and no contact from the store I called them. I was told they have no driver. They had no intention of calling me to let me know that I guess and were just going to keep my money had I not called.

Cari (hope spelled right) was awesome I was having problems on the app redeeming a reward. The problem was ordering as a combination. She was great was able to place order on the phone apply the coupon.

At every Jimmy John's I've ever been to, a slim sub is just meat and cheese without all the other extra fixings (even says this on this particular locations big menu) but this location will charge you extra for the cheese that's supposed to be standard on the slim.

Horrible service!!! Lady Laziest employees ever!! Had to wait 20 mins for a sandwich that said it was done 10 mins ago. There was another customer waiting just like I was for just a long, and said that are just talking instead of doing their jobs!!smh

Order was made completely wrong and we didn’t even customize the sandwiches. We ordered a #1 and #4 yet there were jalapeños and some time of spicy ranch added to them.
