Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Cannot follow the simplest of instructions for what I wanted on my pizza. Which was 3 things. Pepperoni, bacon, with green olives on half. Get home to find one side just cheese and green olives. The other side had only a few pepperonis and very little bacon. Do better.

I went in to get pizza and salad with people behind me. I feel sorry the poor poor girl working there I hope she finds a new job wow, something got screwed up with my FOODS STAMP CARD he was extremely impatient and disrespectful. I couldn 't understand it either, but I wasn 't angry just trying with the patient girl at the till who even apologized for him so not her place. Jim Miller proceed to be very short with his cashier and myself and we were just trying to figure it out she was new I felt so bad for her! I wasn 't rude he than said just give her whatever she wants to make her leave right in front of me. I was only three not more then 10 min. How people like this stay open and aren 't held accountable for how they treat people is beyond me but that 's why I 'm a true believer in karma and feel sorry for him and his life he couldn 't hold still he was kinda off the wall wouldn 't stop long enough to even listen sad! I 'm sorry but I don 't care what kind of day you 're having cuz that day I was having a bad day but yet I would never ever treat another human that way! People like him make me sick. Jeff Miller the owner I was told as the girls apologizing for her boss inability to be a decent human being wasn 't her fault at all. An absolutely horrifying place. Even with people behind he proceeded to say this all to he heard. From what I say and the costumer behind me i talked to out side before we left she won 't be going back there either he needs to lay out the drugs or we weren 't sure what was wrong with this man. I Don 't know this man but it was absolutely the worst I mean Jesus Lord why would you treat somebody that way I was just asking for questions I wouldn 't refer this to my worst enemy do not go to this Papa Murphy 's and then everyone else there was rude that poor poor girl working at the register I felt so bad for her I hope she finds a new job that man is a horrible person.

Placed an order online for 10:30AM. Got to store and could clearly see my order waiting for pick up and doors were locked. Sign posted on door stated store didn’t open until 11:00. Called and they would not answer and knocked and they made eye contact but would not open the doors to allow me to pick up the order. Opened doors at 11:00 and said they had no control over what the web site states or what my email confirmation says. The ticket with the pizza says the customer pick up time is 10:30. Manager apologized but said there was nothing that could be done about it. After my husband called and was persistent that something should be done, she agreed to contact corporate. Do not do online ordering with this store!
