Restaurant bewertenI scheduled a client meeting here at 3pm on a busy Packer Sunday, intentionally, knowing that a Panera would not be busy, 3pm not being a busy mealtime. There were 3 other guests in the restaurant. Every single table I looked at was dirty. The floor wasdirty everywhere. The staff was complacent and moved VERY slow, like they didn 't have a care in the world. Lids, cups, strawsunderstocked. Every counter surface dirty. Staff wearing sweatpants. I was embarrassed that I invited guests here. 3pm wasmore than enough time for staff to have recovered post-lunch rush. There was nobody in line ordering food, but this staff didNOT care what the eating area looked like. In the hour I was there, not one of the 3 employees came out to clean tables (inspite of me mentioning it) or sweep/vacuum, to reset for the impending dinner rush. I wiped down 4 tables near me and picked upgarbage off the floor, just to make my immediate area look less dirty for my guests. This was not a very busy or understaffed problem. This was a staff doesn 't care problem.
I misunderstood my order and seemed angry. Next sandwich had a cold slice of cheese and eggs that were still cold in the middle. Maybe it was just a bad time to stop, but it was just experience with the chain. It won't come back.
Clean environment, friendly staff and quick service despite being very busy. Food was very good even though we had it To Go! The Petite Chocolate Chip Cookies hit the Sweet Tooth spot!
It took them 45 minutes to make me a salad. When I ordered delivery half my meal was missing. I called to ask for a refund I was put on hold for half an hour and no one answered my call. Wouldn't suggest eating here because of the fact that they don't serve you properly.
Ordered two bacon and egg sandwiches. Took 25 mins for pick up and one sandwich didn?t have bacon on it. How do you mess up that bad.
