Probably wouldn’t return. Ordered an Açaí bowl that tasted like it was premade and taken out of the freezer. Not worth the .

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Could have probably flown from Birmingham to Atlanta in the amount of time it took to receive our food. Not worth the wait.

I just want to get it out there that I absolutely love tropical smoothie and their quesadillas. Although this location made the absolute worst one I’ve ever had. I ordered online got there exactly the time it said it was gonna be finished. Had to wait five minutes and when they handed me my food, the quesadilla was already cold. The cheese was not melted and it honestly just looked unappetizing. I would’ve went back in there and asked for a new one but I am on break for work and I was way too hungry. That being said the dining room was closed and so is the drive-through pretty disappointed with us.

Terrible service, sat in drive thru line for over 15 minutes waiting on 2 smoothies. I walked in and attempted to get the attention of the young man in the back (not being rude) and Susan the owner had to step in and proceed to be rude. She went to the back and got my smoothies were she called me a dumb @ss talking to the young man (probably a teenager). She brought me my smoothies and I confronted her regarding the comment. Smoothie was average at best. Definitely not worth the wait.

We came to get dinner at 8:40, and this place closes at 9. We walk inside and the front door is barricaded by chairs keeping people from entering. We asked if they were doing online only, and they said yes so we told them we would place an order. We walked back out to our car, and not even a minute later, they turned the lights off and locked the door. A man had placed an online order and they left his completed order outside. I get wanting to go home as soon as possible, but if the store closes at 9, it closes at 9. this service was unacceptable and you will be losing customers.we still placed our order and the guy put it outside and when we got it he did not give us the quesadilla we paid for. ridiculous!!!!
