Waitrose Cafe - BROMLEY

A disappointing transformation from the previous cafe, Progress Jim fails to live up to its previous reputation. The changes made are not what we were expecting and don't compare to the original establishment.

This restaurant is completely different from the previous cafe, which was open and bright. Unfortunately, the management has drained the life out of the restaurant. Additionally, the food and drinks are expensive and nothing special. I will not be returning.

Waitrose is a fantastic place to shop, and even better if you can enjoy a coffee, cake, or lunch in their lovely cafe. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the coffee and food are of high quality.

Nice big Waitrose store with free parking up to 90mims right outside Beckenham junction station. There’s a good selection of different cakes, cupcakes muffins at the cafe and a good enough amount of seats as it’s not too busy most of the time. Good place to come for a sit down and a coffee when doing your shopping or coming out the station.

You need to bear in mind that you only get one and a half hours in the car park. Otherwise you can receive a parking ticket.
