Restaurant bewertenThe pub has recently been completely renovated and is modern, stylish and bright. eating is nice. the owner is one of the nicest and most social people I have met and the personal is really nice. highly recommended.
Fantastic Sunday roast with all the trimmings, tasty roasted carrots and parsnips, great vegetable selection with a little savoy cabbage and plenty of gravy served separately. Only thing, roast potatoes could've been a bit softer and fluffier, they were cooked but not as crispy and we'll done as I like them. Good meat, i had turkey. Great staff, very friendly especially our waitress who loves Rolls Royce, you'll know who this is, sorry didn't get your name. Cosy place, would definitely eat here again, felt homely.
I enjoyed the event I attended here the staff were pleasant and the venue itself is conducive to a party or gathering type atmosphere although the ceiling is quite low and the venue feels quite tight? I'm not sure if that's the best way to put it but nonetheless I'd recommend it there's an outdoor area too that's quite nice.
This charming little pub has lovely staff, but it seems to attract a rough, loud crowd that can really spoil the atmosphere. We were hoping for a relaxed afternoon in what used to be a delightful spot. Unfortunately, the mood changed when a rowdy group arrived. It was time for us to leave. It's unfortunate, but if you're not bothered by that kind of environment, it’s still a pub worth visiting.
On Mother's Day, my family made a reservation at this restaurant, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We were delighted to enjoy live music from a group called The Deaf Collective, and their country and western tunes were fantastic. The restaurant also has a garden in the back, complete with toys for kids, which made it a great time for everyone. We will definitely return and highly recommend it!
