Restaurant bewertenI went to tacobell KFC and the 2 workers theres at 7:00pm was very disrespectful. There were speaking terrible about a lady in Cape Verdean creole because they got her order wrong. And they gave me the wrong food also and when i turned around they werespeaking creole again but I understand everything they said.
I've been to this location a few times and the food has been sub par at best but tonight I figured I'd give it another try..well, I should have spent my money somewhere else. I went home with soggy, cold and skimpy taco supremes that had 0 sourcream (pretty sure that's part of what makes it a supreme) also had some old hard black pieces of what I assume was tomatoes????????. Very disappointed tonight.
We ordered two tacos (which were fantastic) and cinnamon twists (that made us feel nauseous). We paid $18 for two pieces of chicken and two twists, and we didn't even receive the tacos! When we went in to explain the situation, the staff member offered to get us two fresh tacos, but that was about it. It seemed like they were a bit unprepared overall.
The service wasn't the quickest, but overall it was a good experience! My order was accurate, and everything arrived in good condition. The prices aren't the lowest; I'm not sure if there's a standard pricing structure for Taco Bell across all its franchises. One of the main downsides is that this Taco Bell does not accept orders through the Taco Bell app, so you have to order in person and can't place orders ahead of time. Overall, the food was really good!
I visited the KFC Taco Bell restaurant on Montello St., which has recently reopened following a fire. The interior is very nice and clean, and the service was quick.
