Visited Portugalo today, a sunny and particularly hot day. We sat on the side next to the Teatro entrance. I’m very sensitive to the sun and asked if we could move the couch and table into the shade. Staff were more than accommodating and even moved other tables so that we had sufficient shade. All done with a smile! I’m not into crowds and found it quiet and relaxing on this side of the building. <br/ <br/ We ordered the beef croquettes for the table lovely. Main orders were: Pork ribs, chicken and chorizo pasta, prawn chicken curry and a prego roll. Happy tummies from all and meals were beautifully plated. <br/ For dessert, orders were: poached pears and cinnamon ice cream, strawberry cheesecake and the chocolate mousse. All highly recommended and perfect portion size. A great spot for a relaxing lunch! : Will be back.

What a great Portuguese restaurant! We were served quickly and enjoyed the atmosphere. I would recommend the espetada it was delicioso! Thank you.

The service was great. We had the chorizo and prawn pies for starters which were perfectly done. I highly recommend the bacalhau com natas for mains! This was truly an authentic Portuguese experience. Well done!!

If you looking for true Portuguese cuisine, this is the place to go to! The food is excellent. The service was outstanding and the staff are friendly. I will definatly be back.

Portuguese Burger Best burger I've ever had. Those days you think to yourself when making proper homemade burgers, that nothing trumps ... well these guys have dialled your homemade burger to 11. If we as a species have progressed, this would be our proof.<br/ <br/ Also, their Mariana Red wine is simply terrific. Comfort food for the soul.
