Pizza Hut - Bristol, City of

I have visited this Pizza Hut many times over the years, but I have never had such a terrible dining experience until today. I went with my partner, and we ordered our pizzas separately. We sat down and enjoyed our salads while waiting for our pizzas. The person who seated us was very helpful, but the other staff members were not so pleasant. After a 40-minute wait, our pizzas finally arrived, but they were drenched in cooking oil. We took a few bites but couldn't stomach it due to the overpowering oiliness. We complained and asked for a remake, but the second pizza was in the same greasy condition. When we asked for a refund, the staff member got rude and sassy towards us. We eventually had to flag down another employee to sort out our refunds. Unfortunately, my partner got sick from the single slice she had eaten later on. Overall, it was a disgusting experience, and it has made me reconsider dining at Pizza Hut in the future. I recommend that the staff are trained in customer service skills and that the chefs improve the quality of their food.

This Pizza Hut is just like any other in the country. If you want pizza, they've got a variety to choose from. They also serve other dishes, but I mainly went for the pizza since that's what they're known for. This place isn't called Pasta Hut, but they do offer pasta dishes as well. I ended up getting a pizza.

The service was terrible. The buffet pizza options were limited and disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being busy, no one came to take our order. The area we were seated in was freezing, and even after asking multiple times to turn off the air conditioning, it was never done. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We tried multiple times to get a box for our leftover pizza, but eventually gave up and left it behind. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

At cribbs Causeway, thinking this would be a reasonably cost effective way to feed 2 adults and 3 kids but I was wrong. The place is pretty dark and run down and overdue for a makeover now. The salad bar, an odd mix of less than fresh ingredients. All the sodas are sugar free and not to my taste I’m afraid. For the adult pizzas they had ‘run out’ of chillis, the kids pizzas were very small and overall quite poor. The fries were delivered 10 minutes before the pizzas so were cold when the pizzas arrived. Walking away having parted with £50 for this rubbish I felt stupid however, I will learn from the experience and avoid PH in future.
