Restaurant bewertenI gave it an overall 4 because I ordered the Bianca pizza which said it had spinach and basil. As I got into the pizza, probably about the second slice I noticed it was frozen spinach. I had asked for extra basil and much to my amazement there was none. Not even what was supposed to be on it.Everything was delicious, perfect, scrumptious. Couldn’t have asked for any better stuffed mushrooms, breadsticks, steamed muscles??.Our waiter was great, Pretty attentive. But they were also busy.Keep in mind if you want the deep dish There is a 45 minute wait, which is noted on the menu.Again, my complaint is the frozen spinach on the Bianca, the lack of basil.
Great service and friendly staff. They knew the food and gave the best suggestions. Deep dish is very filling. So many good items to choose, one of the best is house made sccatatini in a Rosa sauce, excellent. We went there twice and had it both times. We also tried the regular thin crust and deep dish pizza. The ravioli and the beef sandwich.
We ordered the deep dish since that was supposedly the best thing on the menu . After a 45 minute wait which we were aware of, we received our pizza. The crust had a thin, biscuit like texture and was covered in what appeared to be a can of crushed tomatoes and juice on top of the cheese. No seasoning, not even oregano. There was an extremely large amount of grease which looked like margarine underneath the crust. The pizza was a complete soggy, wet mess. Not at all what I was expecting and definitely not a traditional deep dish. We choked down a partial piece and literally left the rest on the table. The waitress did not seem surprised, nor did she question whether there was anything wrong. Left hungry, but lesson learned.
Pizza was sooooooo so good. I got a small salad and it was also really good, especially with the chianti dressing, but the issue is it was hardly any lettuce and for the price of a salad that small I just think that there should be more. Other than that, the best pizza around hands down!
Don't go to Bristol without eating there! The Staff is excellent, the food is superb and prices are very good for quality and quantity to get! We had the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the thin crust Southsider pizza. EXCELLENT! Bob Sheila Fayetteville, NC
