Always nice to come and live in the liverble Spring Hill. Nice hotel just across the road from the park and we can walk to the city

I was very pleased with my stay at the Grand Chancellor.

Had a Saturday dinner at this local gem located inside the Hotel Grand Chancellor of Spring Hill. It was not a busy night so the ambience was very peaceful. Perused the menu and decided to go for courses meal with entrees and mains only because we were not that hungry.Entrees of seared scallops and the crab snapper cake are both delicious. Particularly, it was the first time that I had the crab snapper cakes, which was interesting. Mains of both protein were above average in terms of quality and culinary skill. Love the smoked mushrooms and the potato gratin accompanied with the wagyu cut. On the other hand, the refreshing taste with saltiness from the cheese match well with the med-rare rib fillet. For the price that was charged, the courses set provides a very high CP ratio. This restaurant is highly recommended. Rating with half mark extra for the friendly and attentive service. Cheers!

Good quality, good service. We ordered a steak (eye fillet) and the lamb. Both were cooked as we asked for. Meal size was decent too.Service was friendly.Enjoyable night.
