Very bad customer service from blonde woman working behind the counter. She was rude to customers and came across like she really didn't care about her job or the Botanist Company at all. This staff member needs serious correction from the Management

I didn't expect a lot being airport coffee but I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was well-made (smooth, not overly bitter and came out hot). The lady that served us appeared happy (as did other staff we saw). My wife was happy with the GF options and my ham/cheese toastie was fresh and hot.Overall, a very pleasant experience
