The food is great. Each dish is well seasoned and delicious.

The best food here so far and we have tried some of the local places. We had rice and peas, 2x stir roasted veg, French fries, bread fruit, 2x curtain, sweet potato cake and a bank, 34 barbados for all. Everything was delicious.

We went to Fred's bar and restaurant last night and love it. The food was very tasty and spicy and the people there were very friendly and told us about original bajan food. Try the bread fruit!

The food is amazing and very good for what you get. No complaints. You can also call to order, they are mine also for Sunday dinners
