Colosseo Italian - Bridgend

This restaurant is a recent addition to Bridgend, having opened last year. It has been a wonderful enhancement to the dining scene, significantly broadening the options available to us. Almost all of their grill, pasta, and risotto dishes can be made gluten-free, which is fantastic. Their penne al forno is particularly special and hard to find anywhere else in South Wales. They often prepare homemade chips, eliminating any concerns about cross-contamination with oil or breadcrumbs. The restaurant is continuously evolving and even offers delivery within a 3-mile radius. The service is exceptional, and they are always ready to address any questions. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
