Simply Living Life - Brentwood

We order from Simply Living often and their food is fantastic. We have just ordered some things for vacation, of course the sweet potato casrole that is for to die. This time we also got a bone in land sinks and it was undoubtedly the best land ham I ever had. Delicious taste, delicate and falling from bone. I want to get this for every vacation, forget Turkey! Don and Jackie, the owners, are so nice and accommodating. You can't go wrong, order them or go to lunch. Very recommended!!

The chicken salad the pimento cheese sandwiches are amazing!

The oatmeal cookies I possessed with!!! And the poppy chicken is the best of all time! I love this place. Everybody's so friendly? Although I ask them not to sell cookies. You know I can't live without her.

Recommended by a colleague, I would stop in for their chicken salad often for lunch. When the opportunity presented itself, I thought it would be great to support their quaint operation and have them cater a business meeting. Days prior to the event and before delivery, the gentlemen who took the order, charged my AMEX corporate card in full without providing a receipt. I used caterers all the time, and had not previously had this occur, especially without a contract in place normally business allow 24 48 hours to modify the count in the event of attrition or cancellation. To add insult to injury, for the exorbitant amount charged, they delivered appetizer sized boxes with extremely modest portions for the C Suite meeting. I was horrified. Never again. Beware.
