Jason's Deli - Brentwood

The food here is outstanding. There's a fantastic variety of tasty sandwiches and deli items, along with pasta, baked potatoes, and a salad bar. The location is great, and the interior setting is lovely. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have consistently had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and today, Daniel went above and beyond to help our family. The service was outstanding!

First and foremost, I must say that this place is undoubtedly one of the most professional and clean sandwich spots I've ever encountered. I highly recommend it! If you can, ask for Dan—he will ensure you have the best experience possible. The salad bar was impeccably organized and well-stocked. The staff is polite and extremely professional. We stumbled upon this place while searching for a Subway, and it felt like fate. Thanks to Jerry's Deli, our family has decided we’ll never go back to Subway again. I opted for the all-you-can-eat salad bar, while my husband and daughter enjoyed sandwiches that were beautifully crafted and delicious. I highly recommend you see it for yourself!

The food was delicious, and the manager was friendly, but a few of the other staff members seemed to have a bit of an attitude. One employee shot me a really intense look when she delivered my meal. Just wanted to give you a heads-up!

If I could, I would give this place negative stars. The customer service was non-existent. In response to my delivery request, the owner simply said, "No, we're too busy." I asked the employee if there were any alternative options or if I could cancel my order, but they never mentioned a fee, which I would have gladly paid since I'm a regular customer and a generous tipper. After being taken off hold, I encountered another employee who was rude and gave me curt responses that were completely unhelpful. I've ordered from other locations multiple times without experiencing this kind of treatment. I stand by my feelings about this situation.
