Zero customer service.And to the “owner comment,” the response for a delivery request was, “No, we’re too busy.” To which I politely asked the employee, if there is an alternative option, cancelation, etc.Never mentioned a fee, that regardless I would’ve paid (Regular D-dash customer and good tipper).After being taken off hold, another voice on the other end, I was faced with unnecessary short answered, rudeness that no one “wants to hear it.”Ive ordered at another location multiple times, and never experienced this.-Not sorry I feel this way.
I'm sure staffing is hard to find, I get it. But the salad bar was out of pretty much everything. Even if it was loaded up full, I'm not 100% sure if it's worth it. No French dressing either. Lunch salad bar for 4, and 2 large, 1 med drink and 1 water. $55+
Little under staff I believe lots of dirty tables that need to be cleaned and dished picked up. But very busy for 7pm there doing there best. Great place
I came in stating I had an dairy allergy and asking if they could prepare my food safely/separately. The staff proceeded to make my sandwich on a common non-washed cutting board on top of shreds of cheese. I had to return it and kindly asked the manager to please have them make a new one. They proceeded to do the exact same thing. Got a refund and left. Do NOT go there with any type of allergy.
Decided to get the salad bar. Very disappointing!!! I'm not sure if it was just this location or all in the area. It used to be the best salad bar around. I will not be buying it again. They had saltine crackers in one of the spots. It had terrible choices.
