I went to Urban Chocolatier last night and had an amazing Kinder Bueno waffle. I also received fabulous customer service from Chef Nick, who was incredibly helpful and polite. Edit: I went there a second time and had a very yummy Kinder Bueno milkshake! Chef Nick once again provided excellent customer service with his speedy and impeccable service! He even made sure to fill my milkshake with an expensive, rich white chocolate filling...

Nikhil the Assistant Manager provided outstanding customer service skills and presentation skills in our desserts. He took his time to make our desserts very tasty and made sure the presentation was outstanding! A very good sense of humour, who made sure we left happy! All the best for the future!

Last week, our big family visited Urban Chocolatier and had a fantastic experience. The menu had a wide variety of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was extremely accommodating, and we especially appreciated the cold jug of water served at the end of our meal. This is a great spot for families, and we definitely plan to return!
