Lj's Bbq - Brenham

Today was our first time to try LJ'S BBQ... It was the hands down the best BBQ I've ever eaten, we were too late for the ribs, but got brisket, smoked turkey and sausage, all excellent, and the sides...for dying! We will definitely be back for them ribs, thanks for the delicious food!

This is extraordinary BBQ! He cuts the most tender brisket you've ever had really thick. The ribs were falling off the bone delicious and the brisket mac n cheese with collards on top will set you free! It was all AMAZING!!

What a diamond of a place! Loved the brisket! Tender and full of flavor!

The best barbecue around! I tried the brisket tacos for the first time. They were on the freshest tortillas and had so much meat on them, I could only finish one of them. Of course, the other came home and was consumed later. It tasted just as good reheated!

Don't let the appearance fool you. Great food and nice people. I had the 2 meat plate and the brisket and sausage was excellent. Potatoe salad is good and mac and cheese is fantastic. I think I left with more leftovers than I ate. If I'm ever in Brenham again, I'll definitely stop in.
