The service is horrible, I ordered a juice and it took 50 minutes to arrive. I spoke to 3 different waiters about the delay and they straight up lied and said it was already leaving. Furthermore, the men's bathroom has a broken toilet and becomes dangerous, in addition to the bathroom being dirty and smelly. Anyway, I didn't like the establishment and it's a place I certainly won't return to. Service: 1

Horrible place, horrible service, horrible management. Worst experience of my life, I will never go back to this environment again, waiters take too long to take orders, we have to go to the counter to get things, and even the cashier makes his own order, I don't think they should even charge 10% because it's too much bad service. Schedule of attractions, there are no breaks, hours and hours spent at the axé event with the sun shining, horrible. Don't waste your time going there. They need to improve their service A LOT, I don't know how they are still open, honestly.

If I didn't complain, I would be harmed. This practice of some establishments is absurd. The establishment that adopts this practice, in addition to not coming back, will refuse to pay a tip. In Brasília there are much better places. There are also Paraíba Carne de Sol, Toca do Peixe, Versá, among others.
