Jersey Mike's Subs - Braselton

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! Waited OVER an hour for 5 simple sandwiches and they weren't even ready when we got there to pick them up so we had to wait on them and they STILL got them wrong!!!! Ridiculous!

Love this location, the staff are very professional and polite. The food is made to order, whatever you would like on your sandwich is placed. They are not like other businesses where they are over pricing you for less good. I enjoy coming to this location every time I am in the area for work. I?m from Pennsylvania and this is the closest sandwich I can get that reminds me of home.

I'm big on customer service. I really appreciated the level of customer service rendered from Clay and Mikey! I kept changing my mind but they handled it with GRACE!!! The store was clean and the breads, super fresh!!! I'll definitely be coming back!!!

I order through DoorDash from time to time. The sandwiches are very inconsistent and they send the wrong chips 75% of the time. Is it really that hard to put the right chips in the bag?

First time to eat at Jersey Mike's in Braselton and our HUGE sandwiches were delicious. Will definitely frequent this place again. Service and food very good.
