Moe's Southwest Grill - Branson

I will never return to this restaurant. They answered the phone, but the experience was frustrating overall. Not only do they have a tip jar, but their payment system is designed in a way that employees have to prompt customers to select a tip amount before they can enter their card information. What a hassle! The salsa bar was disappointing, and the food took way too long to come out. I had to wait over ten minutes for my meal to be ready, yet they still expected a tip. I recommend skipping this place and going to Taco Bueno instead—it's cheaper and far better!

The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, but the food made me feel unwell. This will be the first and last time my wife and I visit. The steak had an odd taste, and the cheese looked unappealing. After just two bites, I had to toss it out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is that the staff was friendly and respectful. If you're in search of good Mexican food, I suggest driving the 30 minutes to Jumpfield and going to Chipotle instead.

The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive, and our meal tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. We visited on a weekday for dinner, and the restaurant was not crowded at all, which was pleasant. I genuinely hope they get more customers during other times!

In the holiday in branson. place was dirty! it was probably under personal. they were flying in front of us. Nobody looked after when we got in, or when we got out. slow and evil, not here!

This is a great place to eat. The vegetables were fresh. The menu has a lot of gluten free options.
