Restaurant bewertenMy experience at the subway was amazing as I walk through the sliding doors I was created with two people asking what I would like on my meal and I ordered an amazing chicken sandwich with extra chicken but they did not charge me for the extra chicken so now I am worried that I am going to be cold by the police for my extra chicken sandwich I hope if the police is reading this is not my fault that they put extra chicken on my sandwich and I did not pay for it because I did not have to
I was there with my family to eat the Sunday april 23 at 7:30 pm. After wait 5 minutes find out the young girl was outside smoking. I asked her about the sandwiches. She was very rude telling me she is in break, and come back in half an hour. Totally unacceptable behavior with a customer. SUBWAY lost 5 customers.
The woman working 2/26/23 at 830pm was incredible rude. I waited 5 minutes before she looked up and asked me if the sandwiches she was making were mine, and then proceeded to ignore me.
The worst customer service I've ever seen The gentleman at the service counter never greeted never asked what I wanted just stood there and looked at me I had to tell him that he should greet me with hello welcome to Subway or anything. At the end of our transaction he never even said thank you or even have a good day, I had to tell him it's about customer service that he should work on it or get another job.
Mar 28, 2022 It is slightly pricier than regular Subways. And it’s understandable, cause it’s a service plaza at I-95, really busy spot. I don’t mind to pay extra quality, fast and prompt service. Unfortunately I was not able to get a sub here, due to totally irresponsible and immature behavior of the employee who was missing for at least 10 mins. I waited and tried to call him, and asked every other employee at the plaza with no lack. Nobody knew where he was, and he was not in the back. Finally when I lost hope and was leaving, he came from the outside. When I asked him, why he had left for that long, he just did not care and kept telling me “coming again soon…” Complete disregard of travelers/customers time ! What a DINKUS !!! ? I will never stop here for a sub, and will try to avoid all other subway shops at I-95 in CT. I got some bagels and an espresso from Dunkin and the Subway person did disappear again, and did not see him behind the counter or anywhere inside of the plaza for at least another half an hour ?? u200d
